Beyond Mandate-Driven RFID Solutions
Work With Vendors To Create Custom RFID. At the bottom of every organization is its capital. Assets are expected to be spent wisely with a return to stakeholders in value, efficiency, risk mitigation or competitive advantage. In analyzing RFID’s return on investment, managers must face a basic question: will RFID improve the company’s performance and strength through: increased productivity, increase profitability, or improved safety? Although we can determine the costs of RFID, its gains are an expression of operational efficiencies and not as easily captured. How can the cost of efficiency or potential risk be measured?
