Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager has responsibility for the planning, development, implementation, management and evaluation of assigned RFID implementation projects. These projects will primarily be focused on the supply chain process. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for all technical and business issues and questions related to project activity under contract. Collaboration and cooperation with all departments is essential to ensure compliance with contract requirements and meeting customer expectations. This position is responsible for maintaining cost and schedule performance against budget and to maintain estimates to complete.

RFID Consultant

The RFID Consultant works directly with the Project Managers to support the client through out the engagement. He/She will be involved in every phase of the lifecycle (planning and evaluation, requirements, vendor evaluation and selection, implementation, integration and support). The RFID Consultant is proficient in functionality, application and interoperability and has an in-depth understanding of the client’s existing systems and network functionality.

Program Manager

The Program Manager would be responsible for building the customer relationship, managing ongoing inter-dependent projects, coordinate and prioritize resources across projects, departments, and business units to drive value for our customers and revenue for Rush Tracking Systems.

The ideal candidate would have deep technical knowledge of RFID solutions and be able to operate autonomously on site. The candidate should have practical experience in business process reengineering, manufacturing, supply chain and/or warehouse management systems as well as a minimum of 3 years of project management experience in their background. The Program Manger will be responsible for building executive relationships with one or more customers. Provide senior management team with regular updates of project performance status, variances to plan, identification of corrective action (if required) and new opportunities identified as a result of successful project delivery. Occasionally the Program Manager will be required to act also as Project Manager on individual projects as requirements and resources dictate.

The Program manager will manage a team of Project Managers, Solution Architects and Engineers who are focused on delivering individual projects. The Program Manager will need to leverage their technical RFID expertise blended with evangelism, empathy, conflict negotiation skills, and a passion for driving projects through to completion to deliver business value and delighted customers along the way.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree

• Minimum of three years experience in Project Management.

• Direct experience of RFID technologies desired but not required

• Direct experience in Manufacturing, Supply chain or Warehouse Management systems

• Sales experience is not required but a plus
