NEW CASTLE, Del. – October 5, 2011 – TotalTrax, Inc. (TotalTrax or Company) today announced it has acquired the equipment monitoring product line of ShockWatch, Inc., a global leader in developing and manufacturing damage prevention products and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Recovery, Inc.

Rush Tracking Systems and Sky-Trax, Inc. announce they have merged to form a vertically integrated provider of smart truck tracking solutions.  Private equity firm Pharos Capital Group, LLC (Pharos) committed additional capital to the combined company to accelerate growth and increase penetration into international markets.
